This Privacy Policy explains how Cloud 9 Press (“Cloud 9 Foot Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit dreamsofpenguins.com (the “Site”), the official website for the children’s picture book The Dreams of the Penguins.

This Site is intended for parents, caregivers, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See “Children’s Privacy” below.
